Return Policy
Hummingbird Gardens Nursery guarantees the quality of its plants while it is in the
confines of the nursery. However once purchased, and removed from the premises it becomes the duty of the customer
to continue providing their plant with tender loving care.
Returns will only be accepted at the sole discetion of the acting manager
and only with a valid receipt. It is our policy to replace any plant found to be diseased, which generally will
present itself in 2 weeks. To have a plant replaced, a call to the manager should be made stating the problem.
The manager will determine if a visit to the site of the planting is needed.
Do not bring a diseased plant to the nursery. Do not remove
the plant from its planting as that will cancel any warranty. Most plants that die prematurely do so because
of an environmental condition. We don't want to replace a dead plant with one that will follow it. Our policy
and hope is if you have a plant begin to decline, to be able to correct challenges and conditions that are causing the
decline of your plant.
